Bengaluru FC dominated the game, with early missed opportunities from Sunil Chhetri and a goal from Ryan Williams off a corner taken by Siroj Kuziev. Ashique Kuruniyan extended the lead with a left-footed strike after a clearance by Mohammedan’s goalkeeper.
In the second half, Mohammedan Sporting Club showed resilience, with Mahitosh Roy scoring a well-placed shot to reduce the deficit. Despite their efforts, Mohammedan could not find an equalizer, with Gurpreet Singh Sandhu making crucial saves to secure Bengaluru’s victory.
