The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to launch a coordinated election campaign in 15 municipal corporations in Gujarat on Sunday. This campaign, known as ‘Janseva Sankalp,’ will see candidates collectively pledging to serve the public. The event will commence at 9:30 a.m. simultaneously across all 15 municipal corporations.
The initiative follows the completion of nomination filing by BJP candidates and is being executed under the guidance of State BJP President Jagdish Vishwakarma. As part of the campaign launch, BJP candidates will take a joint oath of public service.
Senior BJP leaders will be strategically positioned across all municipal corporations as per the party’s organizational strategy. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will participate in the program in Ahmedabad, while State BJP President Vishwakarma will be in Rajkot.
Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi and State BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ratnakar Pandey are scheduled to attend the program in Vadodara. Union Jal Shakti Minister C.R. Paatil will be present in Surat, and BJP MP Parshottam Rupala will be in Jamnagar.
