In Madhya Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s medical cell is initiating the ‘Seva Prakalp’ at the party’s state headquarters in Bhopal on April 14. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, and BJP state president Hemant Khandelwal will inaugurate the program, emphasizing the leadership’s commitment to welfare initiatives for party workers. The project, led by Dr. Vishal Singh Baghel, aims to offer timely medical aid and guidance to party members in need, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s healthcare vision.
A dedicated help desk and consultation room will be established at the BJP state headquarters in Bhopal under the ‘Seva Prakalp’. Experienced doctors and specialists will provide medical advice, preliminary diagnosis, and support to party workers. This initiative is anticipated to serve as a reliable system for workers requiring urgent medical assistance or guidance in navigating healthcare services. Additionally, it will assist in accessing government health schemes like Ayushman Bharat and provide aid through the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for eligible individuals.
The application process for the ‘Seva Prakalp’ is straightforward and transparent, necessitating essential documents such as medical certificates, estimated treatment costs, income proof, and identity cards. Priority will be given to cases involving severe illnesses like cancer, heart disease, and kidney-related conditions to ensure prompt intervention. To enhance outreach, information about the program will be disseminated through various channels, including social media, WhatsApp networks, print media, and grassroots organizational meetings. A mobile application is also in the works to streamline services and enhance accessibility.
The launch of ‘Seva Prakalp’ with the presence of senior leaders is poised to be a significant step in bolstering healthcare support and strengthening organizational welfare within the BJP in Madhya Pradesh.
