Bollywood actress Aahana Kumra encountered travel challenges, including delays, lost luggage, and detours, before finally arriving at Kamakhya Temple in Assam to seek divine blessings.
Sharing images and videos on Instagram from the holy Kamakhya Temple, Aahana highlighted its significance as the center of the Kulachara Tantra Marga and the venue for the Ambubachi Mela, an annual festival honoring the goddess’s menstruation.
Expressing gratitude and faith, Aahana reflected on her journey, mentioning the obstacles faced en route to the temple, emphasizing that some journeys are guided rather than planned.
Aahana Kumra’s recent appearance was on the reality show “Rise and Fall.” She made her debut alongside Amitabh Bachchan in “Yudh” and later starred in the television crime thriller “Agent Raghav – Crime Branch” opposite Sharad Kelkar.
Dating actor Danish Pandor, known for “Dhurandhar,” Aahana ventured into Hindi cinema with “Sona Spa” in 2013 and made her Tulu debut in “Kudla Cafe” in 2015. She also hosted the Pro Kabaddi 2016 series and played a significant role in the black comedy film “Lipstick Under My Burkha” in 2017.
In her latest film, “Salaam Venky,” directed by Revathi and featuring Kajol and Vishal Jethwa, Aahana portrayed a character involved in a true story about a mother’s efforts to ensure her son, diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, lives life to the fullest.
The film “Salaam Venky” is inspired by the book “The Last Hurrah” by Shrikanth Murthy, recounting the real-life experiences of Kolavennu Venkatesh and his mother, K. Sujata from Andhra Pradesh. Aahana’s journey also includes her participation in the reality show “Rise and Fall,” a program based on the British series of the same name and hosted by Ashneer Grover.
