Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta recently launched development projects worth Rs 100 crore in the R.K. Puram Assembly constituency. The projects aim to enhance infrastructure such as roads and community facilities like open gyms. Gupta expressed her commitment to improving the area’s amenities.
Among the initiatives unveiled were road repairs, construction projects, renovation of ‘chaupals,’ and modernization of community centers. The projects also included beautification of parks, installation of open gym equipment, and construction of boundary walls at strategic locations. The event was attended by various dignitaries, including MP Bansuri Swaraj and MLA Anil Sharma.
In a separate event, the Chief Minister inaugurated three Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and various development projects in the Shalimar Bagh Assembly constituency. The focus was on enhancing public healthcare, nutrition, and core infrastructure in the region. The newly inaugurated Ayushman Arogya Mandirs will provide free healthcare services and essential facilities to the local community.
Gupta also opened an Atal Canteen near the Haiderpur Badli Mor Metro Station to offer affordable and nutritious meals. Additionally, construction works on the Meenakshi Temple Road in Shalimar Bagh West were initiated. The Chief Minister emphasized that these initiatives aim to ensure accessible healthcare and food security for all residents.
