Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini unveiled a series of initiatives during the Viksit Dadri Rally in Charkhi Dadri. Responding to local MLA Sunil Sangwan’s requests, the Chief Minister disclosed plans for a Rs 76.60 crore open drain project to manage stormwater by linking the Loharu Feeder or Badhwana Distributary to Drain No. 8.
Additionally, Saini revealed plans for the renovation and elimination of Sahuwas and Fatehgarh minors. The Kamod minor will undergo remodeling to benefit several villages, including Khatiwas, Jashri, Kolhawas, Kamod, Rawaldhi, Mishri, and Ghiarada. Moreover, the rehabilitation of Bond distributaries for villages like Bond Kalan, Kalanor Khurd, Gudan, and Katesra was announced.
Furthermore, the Chief Minister detailed the construction of a District Council building in Dadri and a new 100-bed block at the Civil Hospital. A PG College building in Dadri is also on the agenda. Raniila village is set to be included in the Mahagram Yojana, pending land availability. To combat waterlogging, effective rainwater drainage systems will be implemented from Dadri to Kaliyana village.
Saini also mentioned the potential establishment of a Dadri Central Cooperative Bank. The Government Senior Secondary School in Sarangpur will be renamed in memory of Shaheed Amit Sangwan. Plans for a new Government ITI and mini bus stand in Ranakoli village, as well as an old-age home in Samaspur village, were also outlined. Additionally, anganwadi centers in play schools across Charkhi Dadri will be built and upgraded. Procurement centers are slated for development in Bhageshwari and Achina villages, subject to land availability. The Chief Minister allocated Rs 5 crore for road repairs in the Dadri area under the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board.
