Hexaware Technologies is set to expand its global workforce by 6,000 to 8,000 employees in 2024, with approximately 4,000 positions earmarked for India. The Navi Mumbai-based IT company, which currently has around 30,000 employees, will focus its recruitment efforts on both offshore and onshore centers.

In India, the company plans to hire for key locations including Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun, and Bengaluru. Recruitment drives will also be conducted in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram to attract talent across various cities.

Globally, Hexaware’s recruitment will span the US, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the UK. In the US, hiring will be focused in McLean, Chicago, Dallas, Iselin, and Reston. The company will also target specific roles in Poland and the UK, reflecting its commitment to expanding its international footprint.

Rajesh Balasubramanian, Hexaware’s Executive Vice President and Global Head of Talent Supply Chain, highlighted the company’s aim to bolster its workforce and capabilities. With over 45 offices across 16 countries, Hexaware is gearing up for substantial growth and talent acquisition in key global markets.
