IndiaAI, in partnership with Intel India, will strive to set a Guinness World Record for the “Most pledges received for an AI responsibility campaign in 24 hours” on February 16–17. The initiative, known as the ‘AI Responsibility’ Pledge, is a citizen-driven movement advocating for the ethical and human-centric use of Artificial Intelligence. It aims to raise awareness, trust, and accountability in emerging technologies.
This nationwide campaign seeks to bolster AI readiness and advocate for the responsible application of AI throughout India. By engaging citizens of all ages and backgrounds, especially the youth, the initiative underscores India’s dedication to ethical and inclusive AI practices. Participants are encouraged to support trustworthy AI, data privacy, responsible technology usage, and combat misinformation.
Individuals taking part in the AI responsibility pledge will be honored with a badge from IndiaAI and Intel, along with opportunities to explore government-led AI learning pathways. The campaign invites a broad spectrum of participants, including students, educators, parents, citizens from diverse backgrounds, government officials, and industry professionals.
