Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav visited New Delhi and met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss important matters. Photos from the Chief Minister’s Office show the two leaders engaged in a productive discussion, with Chief Minister Yadav seen holding documents during the meeting.
This meeting followed the conclusion of the budget session of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly the day before. Chief Minister Yadav, along with Madhya Pradesh BJP Chief Hemant Khandelwal, also met with BJP President Nitin Nabin to discuss political developments, organizational changes, and potential appointments in the state.
During his visit to New Delhi, Chief Minister Yadav also interacted with several other Union Ministers to discuss key development projects in Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, before his trip, he virtually participated in the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination campaign initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Rajasthan.
Chief Minister Yadav highlighted that the Madhya Pradesh government aims to vaccinate nearly 800,000 adolescent girls, with over 758,500 vaccination doses already received from the Central government. These vaccines will be administered to eligible girls aged above 14 years but under 15 years, with each receiving a single dose free of charge at designated government facilities.
He emphasized that the vaccination campaign is part of Prime Minister Modi’s efforts to safeguard daughters from severe illnesses like cancer. Chief Minister Yadav encouraged parents to ensure their daughters are vaccinated for a healthy and cancer-free future, urging their active participation in the campaign.
