Magicpin Unveils Velocity for Hyperlocal E-commerce Deliveries

Gurgaon-based startup Magicpin has unveiled Velocity, a delivery-as-a-service (DaaS) tech solution poised to revolutionize the logistics landscape. Velocity pledges to deliver orders within a brisk 30 minutes, leveraging real-time workforce tracking, order status updates, and integrated customer feedback mechanisms.

With its sights set on transforming logistics dynamics, Magicpin currently handles a commendable 5,000 daily orders and is ambitiously gearing up to scale operations to accommodate over 100,000 orders per day. The debut of Velocity strategically addresses the challenges posed by a fragmented logistics market, where no singular third-party logistics (3PL) provider holds sway.

By assuming the role of an aggregator for esteemed 3PL partners such as Shadowfax, Dunzo, Rapido, Porter, Ola, and Zypp, Velocity offers a cost-effective alternative to in-house logistics. This empowers businesses to streamline operational costs sans the necessity for substantial capital investments.

Anshoo Sharma, CEO and Co-founder of Magicpin, underscores the pivotal role of strategic alliances and cutting-edge technology in facilitating service to over 20 merchants and fulfilling 5,000 orders per day. “We are poised to revolutionize logistics and delivery paradigms with Velocity, propelling growth and success for our partners,” Sharma affirms, outlining the startup’s aspiration to handle a staggering 100,000 orders daily.

Magicpin asserts that Velocity distinguishes itself by delivering a superior customer experience, boasting an impressive 95% on-time performance rate for hyperlocal deliveries. The platform offers plug-and-play functionality and integrates map-based live workforce tracking, real-time order status updates, and customer feedback mechanisms, significantly optimizing the delivery process.

Magicpin has forged partnerships with over 20 merchants, including renowned brands such as KFC, Burger King, Rebel Foods (Faasos, Oven Story, Behrouz Biryani), and Eat Club (Box8, Mojo Pizza, Mealful Wraps). The advent of Velocity signals a transformative stride in the realm of logistics, poised to redefine efficiency and customer satisfaction standards.
