The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has revealed its manifesto for the 2026 Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections, aiming to elevate Mumbai into a world-class and inclusive city. Led by NCP National President Ajit Pawar, the party emphasizes social justice, development, and transparency while honoring the legacy of Shahu-Phule-Ambedkar.
State NCP chief Sunil Tatkare, along with party leaders like Nawab Malik and Siddharth Kamble, launched the manifesto. The NCP’s agenda includes revamping infrastructure by constructing 500 km of new roads and enhancing economic hubs like BKC and Worli to generate employment opportunities.
Moreover, the NCP plans to introduce advanced initiatives such as an AI-powered ‘Smart Traffic Signal’ system and expand the Smart City project with improved CCTV and Wi-Fi networks. The manifesto also pledges continuous clean water supply and a ‘Zero Waste’ policy to address environmental concerns.
