PM Modi highlighted the rising global fuel costs, noting the surge in diesel and petrol prices worldwide. He criticized the Congress for spreading rumors and creating unnecessary queues for electoral gain. The Prime Minister also expressed satisfaction as his flight landed for the first time at the Deesa airbase, emphasizing its significance for national security.
PM Modi recalled the project’s inception during his tenure as Gujarat’s Chief Minister, emphasizing the importance of the airbase for security along the western border. He blamed the Congress for delaying the project and highlighted his government’s efforts in completing it. The Prime Minister underscored the airbase’s role in regional development and its strategic importance for the country.
Referring to India’s global image, PM Modi mentioned the recent Global AI Summit in Delhi, where India received praise from international guests. He criticized the Congress for attempting to tarnish India’s image and emphasized the need for unity, especially in challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic. The projects inaugurated by PM Modi aim at regional development, energy, transport, and housing, benefiting communities in North Gujarat and showcasing India’s resilience on both domestic and international fronts.
