At a campaign rally near Chennai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the ruling DMK for corruption and misgovernance. He emphasized Tamil Nadu’s readiness for a BJP-led NDA government. The rally saw the presence of key NDA leaders, including AIADMK’s Edappadi K. Palaniswami and PMK’s Anbumani Ramadoss.

PM Modi highlighted the need for Tamil Nadu to break free from what he termed as the DMK’s poor governance. He accused the DMK of betraying the people’s trust and running a corrupt and dynastic administration. The Prime Minister called for a corruption-free government in the state.

Addressing the crowd, PM Modi criticized the DMK for allegedly favoring one family and promoting negative practices like dynasty and corruption. He stressed the importance of freeing Tamil Nadu from what he described as DMK misrule. The Prime Minister also praised Tamil Nadu’s cultural heritage and emphasized the state’s significance in India’s development.

PM Modi commended the Centre’s efforts in Tamil Nadu, citing significant development initiatives and financial allocations. He highlighted the government’s focus on infrastructure, railways, and support for farmers and fishermen. The Prime Minister raised concerns about law and order issues, accusing the DMK of failing to address drug abuse and crime effectively.
