On January 11, PM Modi will continue his engagements by offering prayers at the shrine, paying tribute at the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and leading the Shaurya Yatra to the venue of his public address. Following this, he will head to Rajkot to inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference for the Kutch and Saurashtra regions, aiming to showcase economic, industrial, and cultural opportunities in the area.
The visit will also include a stop at the Sabarmati Ashram, which is undergoing restoration and expansion. On January 12, PM Modi will welcome German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Ahmedabad. The two leaders will visit the Sabarmati Ashram and participate in the International Kite Festival at the Sabarmati Riverfront. Additionally, PM Modi will take a metro ride to mark the launch of a new metro stretch connecting Sachivalaya and Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
