The BJP-led Mahayuti alliance secured success in the Maharashtra municipal corporation elections, with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis celebrating victories in 25 out of 29 bodies. The elections, held on January 15, saw over 1.03 crore voters participating across 893 wards in the state.
