Prince Narula recently addressed the controversy surrounding his comments on actors versus influencers. He explained that his intention was to highlight the diverse range of influencers, some of whom inspire while others lack depth. Narula expressed concern that talented actors sometimes miss out on opportunities due to their limited social media following.

During a conversation with IANS, Narula acknowledged that his statement had been misinterpreted, leading to unnecessary controversy. He emphasized the importance of recognizing the different types of influencers and their impact on the industry. The debate originated on the reality show “The 50,” where Narula, along with other contestants, criticized social media influencers for allegedly devaluing the entertainment industry.

Karan Patel, another contestant, highlighted the challenges faced by actors in the past compared to the ease with which influencers can gain fame today. Patel emphasized the hard work actors put in to establish themselves in the industry, contrasting it with the perceived simplicity of becoming famous through social media platforms.
