Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma criticized the Tamil Nadu government for corruption and appeasement politics during an event in Coimbatore. He highlighted similarities with the previous Congress government in Rajasthan, urging a focus on governance that prioritizes development.
Sharma praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his emphasis on farmers, youth, women, and laborers as the pillars of the nation’s development. He commended Modi’s efforts in advancing the country with a strong focus on overall societal welfare.
On the occasion of the BJP’s 47th Foundation Day, Sharma reiterated the Rajasthan government’s dedication to uplifting all sections of society. He emphasized initiatives in Rajasthan such as ensuring continuous water and electricity supply and creating employment opportunities for the youth.
Appealing for support for NDA candidate Vanathi Srinivasan in Coimbatore North, Sharma urged voters to turn out in large numbers for her victory. He also engaged with expatriate Rajasthanis, acknowledging their ongoing connection with their home state.
During his visit, Sharma offered prayers at the Perur Pateeswarar Temple for the peace and prosperity of the nation and Rajasthan. He was warmly welcomed in Coimbatore, with BJP workers and locals greeting him with floral garlands.
