Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar has announced that the government will cover the entire cost of UPSC preparation for three state toppers – Sonu Mehra, Navya Meena, and Khushi Chaudhary. These students excelled in the RBSE exams, with Sonu Mehra topping the Science stream, Navya Meena leading the Arts stream, and Khushi Chaudhary securing the second position in the Arts stream.
All three achievers are from government schools, showcasing the quality of public education in Rajasthan. Minister Madan Dilawar met the students at his official residence in Jaipur to congratulate them and offer his best wishes for their future endeavors. He commended their hard work and determination, recognizing their potential for success.
Sonu Mehra, a student at Government Senior Secondary School, Vatika, expressed his aspiration to clear the Civil Services Examination and become an IAS officer. Minister Dilawar pledged full financial support for Sonu’s UPSC preparation and extended this assistance to Navya Meena and Khushi Chaudhary as well. Navya and Khushi, both from Government Senior Secondary School, Luniyawas, will benefit from the government’s support for their UPSC preparations.
In a bid to enhance educational opportunities, Minister Dilawar announced the introduction of a Science stream at Government Senior Secondary School, Luniyawas, recognizing the achievements of the students and the school’s potential. The recent Class 12 exam results from the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, showcased top rankings by students from government schools at the state level, underscoring the quality of public education in Rajasthan.
This initiative is expected to broaden academic horizons for local students and bolster the quality of government school education in the region, according to officials.
