A division bench of the Rajasthan High Court has affirmed a single bench ruling that annulled the Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment Exam 2021 due to allegations of paper leak and impersonation. Congress leader Ashok Gehlot urged the current BJP government to focus on their duties instead of blaming the previous administration. Gehlot emphasized the need for accountability and urged the government to take appropriate actions against wrongdoers.
Gehlot criticized the government for continuously shifting blame and failing to address the issue promptly. He highlighted the prevalence of question paper leaks nationwide and urged the authorities to act decisively. The veteran leader called for a focus on fulfilling responsibilities and ensuring that justice is served without unnecessary delays.
In response to concerns raised by the son of a slain Udaipur-based tailor regarding delayed justice, Gehlot expressed dismay at the government’s inaction. He questioned the Home Minister’s claims about the lack of a special court, emphasizing the need for swift and fair legal proceedings. Gehlot reiterated the importance of holding accountable those responsible for criminal activities and criticized the government’s focus on tarnishing the reputation of the previous administration.
