Speaking at an Eid Milan ceremony in Delhi, Indresh Kumar, a leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), emphasized the need to avoid creating panic regarding oil and gas supply, reassuring that India has ample resources. Discussions at the event also covered topics like the West Asia conflict, global oil worries, and India’s energy security measures.

Kumar highlighted India’s self-assurance amidst global tensions, citing the government’s assurance of meeting the nation’s energy requirements. Experts at the meeting acknowledged India’s enhanced energy strategies, including diversified import sources and a focus on alternative energy, ensuring self-sufficiency and effective crisis management.

Addressing electoral integrity, Kumar stressed the importance of transparent and secure democratic processes. He underlined the necessity to prevent electoral irregularities and infiltration, warning of potential threats to national unity and security. Other speakers echoed the significance of fair elections, emphasizing societal participation and countering misinformation.
