Acclaimed singer Sonu Nigam had a delightful jamming session with his father, Agam Kumar Nigam, while traveling in the car. During their journey, they decided to practice singing together. Sonu Nigam played the harmonium while his father sang a beautiful rendition of Mohammad Rafi’s song “Akele Hai Chale Aao” from the movie “Raaz” released in 1967.
This is not the first time the father-son duo has shared their musical talents with fans through their #carmoniumsessions. In a recent post, Sonu Nigam sang “Yeh Desh Hai Veer Jawanon Ka” from the film “Naya Daur” released in 1957. Sonu Nigam often keeps his Instagram followers entertained by sharing glimpses of his personal and professional life, including memorable moments with fellow musicians like Arijit Singh.
During a recent meeting with Arijit Singh at his home, Sonu Nigam received a plant as a gift, which now sits in his home mandir. Sharing snippets of the meeting on social media, Sonu Nigam expressed his pride in Arijit’s journey in the music industry. He also mentioned the presence of his son, Shashwat, and their pet Magic during the gathering, hinting at a possible musical performance by Shashwat in the future.
