Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) chief Tej Pratap Yadav has dismissed Bihar minister Lakhendra Paswan’s accusations of removing amenities from his government residence in Patna. Yadav clarified that he personally bought items like air conditioners, fans, and bulbs for the bungalow, refuting any claims of misusing government resources. He criticized Paswan for what he called false accusations aimed at seeking media attention.
Tej Pratap Yadav highlighted that the bungalow he occupied was in poor condition when he moved in and that he invested his own money to improve it. He questioned why no official notices were issued by the Building Construction Department if government property had been taken, emphasizing that all items belonged to him personally. Yadav criticized Paswan for focusing on trivial matters instead of addressing more pressing issues in Bihar.
Regarding Pakistan’s decision not to play India in the T20 World Cup, Tej Pratap Yadav suggested that Pakistan backed out due to fear of losing. He also commented on the Union Budget 2026, acknowledging the government’s efforts but calling for necessary corrections. Yadav emphasized the importance of a timely CBI investigation into the NEET aspirant’s death, expressing confidence in uncovering the truth through the probe.
