Over 75,000 devotees from India and other countries came together in Sarangpur to celebrate the Pushpadolotsav in the presence of HH Mahant Swami Maharaj. The event was also live-streamed on baps.org for those who couldn’t attend in person.
The festival, which traditionally marked by Pramukh Swami Maharaj, was continued by HH Mahant Swami Maharaj. Approximately 75,000 devotees of all ages gathered at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Sarangpur and the festival grounds at BAPS Vidyamandir to partake in the spiritual celebration.
A grand assembly pavilion spanning 7.5 lakh square feet, along with a magnificent main stage measuring 125x40x40 feet, was set up for the celebration. The stage featured depictions of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and other spiritual motifs, and all attendees were offered food packets as prasad upon entry.
The festival began with devotional kirtans at 4:45 p.m., followed by presentations highlighting the life and spiritual message of Mahant Swami Maharaj. Swamis and senior members delivered discourses on the essence of Pushpadolotsav, emphasizing the importance of devotion and spiritual connection.
On the occasion of Rangotsav, Mahant Swami Maharaj blessed the attendees, urging them to purify themselves and embrace devotion. The celebration concluded with the sacred pujan of murtis and the joyful showering of colors on devotees and swamis, symbolizing the festive spirit of devotion.
