Thackeray challenged his opponents, asserting that storms do not intimidate them as they were raised in adversity.
Thackeray accused the central leadership of using party members against Shiv Sena, alleging the misuse of money power in recent Mumbai elections. He questioned the ethics of buying votes and hearts through financial means. Challenging his rivals to erase the Thackeray legacy completely, he vowed to protect the party’s identity and legacy in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
In a speech alongside his cousin Raj Thackeray, Uddhav reminisced about their shared childhood and resilience. He emphasized the importance of dignity and vowed not to be subservient to external forces. Thackeray urged supporters to uphold the party’s values and emphasized the need for a fresh start within Shiv Sena.
