The Uttar Pradesh Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams kicked off with more than 52 lakh students taking part statewide. From Lucknow to Varanasi, students arrived at exam centers, expressing a mix of nerves and confidence in their preparation. Stringent monitoring measures, including CCTV surveillance and police presence, were implemented to ensure a fair exam environment.
In Ghaziabad, a total of 53,888 students participated in the high school and intermediate exams, with strict surveillance and monitoring at all centers. Similarly, in Ghazipur, around 1.37 lakh students appeared for exams under tight security, with special attention given to sensitive centers to prevent cheating. Varanasi saw the start of exams at 118 centers, with each district zone closely monitored by designated magistrates and flying squads.
Bulandshahr and Chandauli also initiated exams with heightened vigilance, dividing centers into sectors for better monitoring. In Unnao, students flocked to exam centers early, with arrangements in place for a smooth start. Students like Deepanshu and Sonali expressed confidence in their preparation for the exams, with positive feedback on the center’s arrangements.
In Prayagraj, candidates arrived early for exams at the Shivcharan Das Kanhaiya Lal Inter College, following stringent security checks. The board ensured transparency and fairness, issuing detailed guidelines for a cheating-free examination. Despite initial anxiety, students like those in Prayagraj felt well-prepared for their Hindi papers.
With a focus on preventing malpractice and ensuring fairness, the UP Board exams are set to continue smoothly, with authorities closely monitoring the process to uphold integrity for all candidates.
