Siliguri, Feb 27 (IANS) A Special CBI Court in Siliguri convicted and sentenced a former Central Excise department t official to rigorous imprisonment (RI) for four years with a fine of Rs 40,000 for taking a bribe of Rs 30,000 over 10 years ago, an official said.
