Washington, Jan 3 (IANS) Authorities have arrested a teenager from North Carolina on charges of planning a New Year’s Eve terror attack in support of the Islamic State group, the US Justice Department said.Investigators said Christian Sturdivant, 18, was arrested and charged after he planned to carry out a mass-casualty attack using knives and hammers at a grocery store and a fast-food restaurant.
