New Delhi, April 1 (IANS) In a major enforcement drive, the Delhi Police Central District carried out a 48-hour intensive crackdown under ‘Operation Kavach 13.0,’ resulting in 452 arrests, 1,930 detentions, and 283 raids across the district.
