Prayagraj, Jan 18 (IANS) Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand on Sunday claimed that he was stopped by the state administration from proceeding towards the Sangam Nose during the Prayagraj Magh Mela on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya.
