Kathmandu, April 27 (IANS) India has proposed a visit by Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri to Nepal on May 11–12 as part of wider consultations ahead of newly-elected Nepali Prime Minister Balendra Shah’s visit to its southern neighbour, The Kathmandu Post reported on Monday.
