Shimla, April 12 (IANS) To protect reservoir fishermen from market fluctuations, the Himachal Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, for the first time, has announced a minimum support price (MSP) for fish harvested from reservoirs.
