Amaravati, March 5 (IANS) The government of Andhra Pradesh has proposed an incentive of Rs 25,000 to couples having third child to help maintain demographic balance.Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday announced this while unveiling draft population management policy in the state Assembly, proposing various measures to address declining birth rate.
