Shimla, March 3 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh is confronting a fiscal gap of nearly 15 per cent following the withdrawal of the Revenue Deficit Grant (RDG), said Naresh Chauhan, Principal Media Advisor to the Chief Minister, on Tuesday.
