• Accommodation: Enjoy 6 nights at the enchanting Veranda do Mouro in Podame Monçao, Portugal.
• Natural Surroundings: Immerse yourself in a wooded area along the Mouro River.
• Intimate Group: Limited to six participants for a personalized experience.
• Culinary Delights: Indulge in daily breakfast and lunch (with a welcome dinner included), along with tea, coffee, and refreshments.
• Workshops and Walks: Engage in creative workshops and mindful strolls led by Annemie, a Lifestyle coach from Healtho-by-Otkas in Oostende.
• Local Hospitality: Soraya will be your welcoming local host during the retreat.
