Plot Summary

Karthik (Sandeep Ashwa) and his three friends are small-time scamsters who make a living through clever cons and quick schemes. When they set their sights on getting close to former Miss India Sandali Arora (Zoya Zaveri), they devise a plan by posing as music video makers. However, what begins as a harmless scheme spirals into something far more dangerous when Sandali makes them an unexpected proposition — she wants them to eliminate her husband, Pradeep Chakravarthy (Anish Kurivilla). As the four friends grapple with this life-altering decision and its moral and criminal consequences, the story raises compelling questions about ambition, greed, and the true cost of risk.

Performances

Sandeep Ashwa anchors the film as Karthik, the street-smart leader of the group. He brings a natural ease to the role and demonstrates genuine screen presence, holding his own in both the lighter scam sequences and the more intense second-half confrontations. His portrayal of a young man caught between temptation and conscience adds a relatable human layer to the film.

Zoya Zaveri is perfectly cast as the glamorous and mysterious Sandali Arora. She commands attention in every frame she appears in and effectively conveys the enigma surrounding her character. Her performance lends the film one of its most compelling dramatic threads.

Rajeev Kanakala is, unsurprisingly, one of the film’s strongest assets. A seasoned performer, he brings authority, depth, and gravitas to his role. His scenes alongside the younger cast members are among the most engaging in the film and serve as an effective grounding force throughout the narrative.

Sanya Thakur makes a sincere impression in her role and demonstrates warmth on screen. While her character may not have the most expansive arc in the story, she handles her scenes with commitment and adds to the film’s ensemble dynamic with charm.

Tharun Sagar and Rabindranath Tagore both contribute capably as part of the core friend group, bringing energy and camaraderie to the younger ensemble. Their performances complement the group chemistry and add lightness to the first half.

Anish Kurivilla makes his presence felt as Pradeep Chakravarthy, delivering a performance that gives Zoya Zaveri’s subplot the stakes it needs to feel consequential.

Technical Craft

Direction

Ghantadi Krishna demonstrates a clear vision and genuine ambition in his directorial debut. While transitioning from music composition to full-fledged filmmaking is no small feat, his instinct for atmosphere and his ability to construct stylish visuals speak to his creative sensibility. The second half in particular showcases his storytelling intent as the crime elements tighten and the narrative sharpens.

Music

This is where Ghantadi Krishna truly excels. His musical score is one of the film’s most celebrated aspects, with several songs leaving a pleasant and memorable impression. The background score also complements the tone of the crime drama effectively, and his musical contribution remains a highlight throughout.

Cinematography

Jagadeesh Komari’s work behind the camera gives the film a polished visual identity. His framing of the glamour sequences and the more tense crime-driven moments alike reflects a steady and capable hand, contributing to the film’s overall production quality.

Editing

Shiva Sarvani’s editing keeps the film moving at a reasonable pace, particularly in the second half where the story demands momentum. The transitions between comedic and dramatic tones are handled with reasonable competence, ensuring the narrative never loses the audience entirely.
