Immerse yourself in a 90-minute transformative sound bath experience where an array of live instruments, including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, flutes, tuning forks, and chimes, come together to envelop you in a harmonious soundscape. Some of these instruments are attuned to 432 Hz, a frequency believed to resonate with the natural harmony of the universe, while others are tuned to 440 Hz or their natural resonant tones, creating a multi-layered auditory journey.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative practice where individuals are immersed in sound waves produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. By listening to these resonant sounds while lying down, participants can transition from an active mental state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The purpose of a sound bath is to induce deep relaxation, encourage introspection and self-discovery, and alleviate stress, anxiety, and worries by quieting the mind and connecting with the body.
What to Bring
We recommend bringing your own blanket or sheet to cover our cushioned floor mats for your comfort during the session. No yoga mat is necessary as we can provide these items if needed. Dress in comfortable attire, hydrate well, and have a light meal before the session for optimal relaxation.
For the best experience for all participants, we kindly ask for your punctuality. Doors open 7 minutes before the start time to ensure a harmonious beginning for everyone.
