What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath offers a meditative journey where participants are enveloped in sound vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Preparation Tips for the Sound Bath Experience:

• Bring your own blanket or bedsheet for covering the cushioned floor mats; no yoga mat required.
• Dress comfortably, stay hydrated, and have a light meal before the session.
• Timely arrival ensures a harmonious start for all participants; doors open 7 minutes prior to the event.
