Immerse yourself in nature with a family-friendly 3-4 mile hike and a rejuvenating 30-minute yoga session led by Haley Cottey. Afterward, enjoy an optional lunch at Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery. This event is designed to introduce you to new trails, outdoor activities, and like-minded individuals while fostering confidence in outdoor settings.
