What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative journey where participants are enveloped in sound waves emanating from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As you lie down and immerse yourself in these resonant sounds, your brain waves slow down, transitioning from an active state to a more tranquil, dreamlike state. The primary aim of a sound bath is to induce deep relaxation, encourage introspection and self-discovery, and facilitate the release of stress and anxiety. By engaging in a sound bath, individuals can effectively manage anxiety, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mental chatter to reconnect with their physical selves.
What to Bring:

• Please bring a blanket or sheet to cover our cushioned floor mats to maintain their quality.
• Feel free to bring additional blankets and a pillow for your comfort and coziness.
• No yoga mat is necessary.
• Dress in comfortable attire, hydrate well, and have a light meal before the session.
