Peștera Limanu – Sacred and Mysterious Realm
Peștera Limanu stretches like an ancestral labyrinth with winding galleries exceeding 4000 meters. According to local legends, this underground sanctuary is a sacred land watched over by the Dacian God of mysteries, Zalmoxis. Since Dacian times, altars of priests and human skulls carved in limestone bear witness to ancient cults in these silent spaces. At the narrow and low entrance hidden among three massive boulders, travelers enter this dark realm with difficulty. Once in the dark chambers, echoes of a sacred past resonate. The straight ceiling and room after room, each with its unique energy, convey the sense that the cave breathes memories of ancestors. Thus, Peștera Limanu transcends being just a geological phenomenon; it becomes a true sacred labyrinth of hidden history, rich in symbols and mysteries.
Peștera Limanu is not merely a geological wonder but a veritable Temple of the soul. Legends speak of protective spirits still watching over courageous travelers. Unseen voices and mysterious forces echo from the depths, inspiring introspection and revelation. Here, occult practices and meditation find purpose: from Dacian symbols carved on walls to invisible energy currents, every detail contributes to elevating consciousness and awakening inner forces. Participants will feel how the sanctity of the place amplifies their intentions, turning every step in the cave into an initiatory journey.
Retreat Program
Guided by accredited facilitators and the energy of the place over three intense days of rituals and explorations, participants will experience a blend of adventure and purification, with each day bringing new challenges for the soul and body.

• Day 1 (August 8): Arrival and initiation in the sacred realm. The group meets between 14:00-16:00 at Mangalia Train Station. We then embark on a symbolic hike to Limanu, connecting with the sea and Earth’s energy. Along the way, we open the sacred group circle and introduce ourselves. The evening concludes with a shamanic music session, guiding us towards deep relaxation and opening the gates of inner perception.
• Day 2 (August 9): Exploration, liberation, and manifestation. Early morning, in small groups of five, we venture into the heart of the underground labyrinth (level 1 of Peștera Limanu). Each exploration tour (15-20 min) will be an exercise in courage and discovery guided by our facilitators. After exiting the cave, we conduct a spirit release ritual, purifying the mind and soul with incense smoke and healing words. Throughout the day, we alternate between periods of meditation in total darkness and exercises in manifestation, breathing, and purification by a sacred fire. The evening under the starlit sky continues with a campfire dinner and knowledge sharing, followed by initiations into working with subtle energies.
• Day 3 (August 10): Sharing and return. In the early morning, gathered around a cup of aromatic coffee and a gentle fire, we share our experiences. Each participant reveals the revelations and meanings discovered on this inner journey. We collect group impressions and individual feedback to conclude the dialogue on personal transformations. Finally, we come together for a final sacred circle to express gratitude to the discovered energies and guiding spirits before officially starting our journey back at 15:00, carrying the acquired light and peace in our hearts.

Retreat Rules
To ensure a safe and beneficial experience for all, we have established participation guidelines:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old. However, minors aged 16 or above with parental consent can also join.
• Physical condition must be suitable for light mountain hiking and underground exploration. Individuals with major heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, claustrophobia, acute mental disorders, or pregnant women are excluded from participation.
• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, and other psychoactive substances during the retreat is strictly prohibited, except for moderate alcohol consumption on day 3. Clear mental and energetic faculties are essential for the depth and safety of the experience.
• Participants must show respect and discretion towards others and the sacredness of the place. Adherence to the set program and facilitators’ instructions is mandatory. Group ceremonial moments are to be held sacred in one’s heart.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices are to be used prudently. It is recommended to activate airplane mode during ceremonial activities to maintain the group’s pure energetic field.
• Safety is paramount in the cave: appropriate clothing (headgear, non-surgical rubber gloves and masks, non-slip footwear) and personal protective equipment are required. Non-compliance with instructions may result in exclusion from cave exploration activities.

Equipment Needed for Cave Exploration
For safety and comfort, please bring the following equipment:

• Sturdy headlamp with spare batteries for personal light in darkness.
• Thick, moisture-resistant caving suit or long pants and a durable top.
• Suitable hiking footwear with good grip and ankle protection.
• Protective helmet or headgear for low passages and uneven floors.
• Rope for group cohesion and direction.
• Respiratory protection mask (FFP2 or equivalent) for dust and aerosols.
• Thick, sturdy gloves for hand protection.
• Small backpack to carry equipment and personal essentials during exploration.
• Water and energizing snacks: at least 2 liters of water daily and easily consumable snacks (energy bars, dried fruits, nuts). While main meals are provided, personal provisions are useful between activities.
• Personal items: first aid kit (plasters, antiseptics, pain relievers), change of clothes, towel, hygiene items.
• Camping gear (if sleeping in a tent): sleeping bag, sleeping pad, tent.
• Optional ritual items: personal symbolic objects (amulets, incense sticks) to integrate into rituals.

Fee and Registration

• Participation fee: 444 RON. This covers all organizing expenses, meals, cave exploration materials, ritual arrangements, facilitator fees, and course materials.
