Dr. Amit Khanna, a Physiotherapist, Yoga Expert, and Therapist with over 15 years of experience, is dedicated to promoting India’s cultural heritage through yoga and physiotherapy. His training and expertise in yoga therapy, coupled with his background in physiotherapy, offer a holistic approach to well-being.

- 10:15 am to 10:30 am: Arrival
- 10:30 am to 10:45 am: Welcome and Introduction
- 10:45 am to 12:30 pm: Pranayama (Breathing) and Yoga session
- 12:30 pm to 01:15 pm: Yoga Nidra & Bliss Love Meditation Experience Sharing & Q&A
- 01:15 pm to 01:30 pm: Break with Tea/Coffee & Fruits
- 01:30 pm to 02:45 pm: Crystal Healing Workshop
- 02:45 pm to 02:55 pm: Laughter Yoga
- 02:55 pm to 03:00 pm: Q&A and Goodbye
