Guidelines for the Event
To maintain the quality and integrity of the event, participants are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Bring preloved items in excellent condition from high street and independent brands.
• Not permitted: Christmas partywear, fast fashion brands like Pretty Little Thing or Boohoo.
• Accepted brands span a wide range, including &Other Stories, Whistles, Ganni, and more.
• Each participant can contribute a minimum of 1 item and up to 5 items, ensuring all selections are of premium quality and free from defects.
• Items will be assessed upon arrival, with tokens awarded based on the brand quality to ensure fair exchanges.
• Only adult-sized clothing is allowed for swapping, with a limit of 5 items per participant at a time.

Excluded Items
Certain items are excluded from the swap, including products from fast fashion brands such as H&M, Shein, and Primark. Additionally, items like underwear, nightwear, handbags, shoes, socks, and real fur are not eligible for swapping.
