  2. Blend to Perfection:
    In a blender, combine mango pieces, coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds, and garlic (if using). Add salt and a little jaggery or sugar.
  3. Grind Smooth:
    Blend everything into a smooth or slightly coarse chutney using minimal water. Adjust consistency as needed.
