In a tragic incident in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, an 11-year-old girl was brutally murdered in the Vishnugarh police station area. The community has been left in shock by the heinous crime. It is suspected that the perpetrator sexually assaulted the girl before killing her by crushing her with a stone and strangling her to conceal the crime.
The mutilated body of the girl was discovered near a bamboo grove, 500 meters from the village, leading to widespread anger among locals. The Vishnugarh police responded to the scene, retrieved the body, and sent it for a post-mortem examination.
During a Mangla procession on Tuesday evening for the Ram Navami festival, the girl went missing after attending the event. Despite extensive searches by her family and villagers, she could not be located.
