Actor Rohan Gandotra, set to appear in Vikram Bhatt’s “Nasha” alongside Sunny Leone, shared how challenging it was as the scenes took a toll on him mentally and emotionally. The film delves into a love triangle filled with betrayal, heartbreak, and emotional turmoil, portraying a complex relationship where love takes a dark twist.

Reflecting on his experience, Rohan expressed, “It was one of the most physically and emotionally draining scenes I’ve ever done. There were moments when my body was giving up, but as an actor, you have to stay true to the emotion.” He emphasized that the project pushed him beyond his limits, aiming for the audience to genuinely sense the pain portrayed on screen.

In a particularly demanding scene, Rohan had to smoke continuously in a single take while performing a physically strenuous act involving self-inflicted burning. The process required multiple retakes to achieve perfection, with the continuous smoking adversely affecting his health, intensifying the shoot’s challenges.

Rohan Gandotra embarked on his acting journey with the series “Everest” in 2014, gaining recognition through this role. Subsequently, he appeared in “Qubool Hai” alongside Additi Gupta and Surbhi Jyoti, followed by portraying Yug Chaydhary in “Kaala Teeka” in 2016. He later starred in “Dil Se Dil Tak” opposite Jasmin Bhasin and Rashami Desai, and featured in the second season of “Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka” as Veer Verma alongside Tejasswi Prakash, Kunal Jaisingh, and Aneri Vajani. Additionally, he was cast in Mahesh Manjrekar’s “1962: The War in the Hills” alongside Abhay Deol, Sumeet Vyas, Akash Thosar, Mahie Gill, and Pooja Sawant.
