Actress Trisha Krishnan recently visited the revered Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala to seek divine blessings. She shared pictures on Instagram dressed in a traditional outfit while offering prayers at the sacred shrine. Trisha expressed her gratitude for the experience with the caption, “Best day Still feeling it.”
The Sri Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala is dedicated to Venkateswara, a form of god Vishnu, believed to have come to earth to alleviate the challenges of Kali Yuga. Also known as Kaliyuga Vaikuntha, the temple is referred to as the Temple of Seven Hills. Trisha, a successful actress in Tamil cinema for over two decades, has been a prominent figure in the industry since winning the 1999 Miss Chennai pageant.
Trisha’s career took off with her debut in the Tamil film “Mounam Pesiyadhe” in 2002, and she later gained fame with various successful movies in Tamil, Telugu, and other regional cinemas. Known as the “Queen of South India,” she has also ventured into Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam cinema. Trisha’s most recent appearance was in Mani Ratnam’s film “Thug Life,” where she starred alongside renowned actors like Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan.
