Adani Airport Holdings has collaborated with Blinkit to introduce app-based quick commerce delivery services at Mumbai Airport. This new service, currently available at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport’s Terminal 2 for domestic departures, enables passengers to conveniently order essential items within the terminal. Travelers can use the Blinkit app to request chargers, snacks, books, and personal care products, receiving quick deliveries inside the airport.
The delivery service covers various areas within the airport, including boarding gates, lounges, food courts, and select partner outlets. Trained on-ground staff manage the deliveries to ensure a seamless and secure process that does not disrupt airport operations or passenger schedules. Additionally, approved in-terminal inventory allows for the provision of permissible liquid items like packaged water, juices, and cold drinks, adhering to security regulations.
According to an AAHL spokesperson, this initiative aims to enhance the overall airport experience by integrating digital convenience directly into the terminal. By offering app-based services, passengers can optimize their time and elevate the service quality, contributing to the development of more responsive and passenger-focused airports.
