Gautam Adani, the Chairman of Adani Group, announced that the Group’s consolidated portfolio revenue reached Rs 2.92 lakh crore in FY2025-26, showing a 7.4% year-on-year growth. Speaking at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, Adani emphasized the Group’s readiness for the future without merely reacting to it.
Adani Energy Solutions saw its transmission order book increase to Rs 72,000 crore, securing significant projects like the Khavda South Olpad HVDC line. Adani Power is executing India’s largest private sector power capex program, aiming to achieve a capacity of 45 GW in the next five years. Additionally, Adani Group is collaborating with Bhutan’s Druk Green Power Corporation to develop 5,000 megawatts of hydropower projects in Bhutan.
Adani Group’s foray into nuclear energy through Adani Atomic Energy demonstrates a strategic move towards ensuring India’s long-term energy security. Adani Total Gas surpassed 1.1 million Piped Natural Gas home connections and is expanding its projects to meet India’s growing gas demand. Adani Ports handled over 500 million tonnes of cargo in FY 2025-26, setting a benchmark for the nation.
The integrated network of ports, SEZs, and logistics assets positions Adani Group uniquely to enhance market share and streamline India’s trade complexities. Vizhinjam port achieved a milestone by crossing one million TEUs, marking India’s strong presence on the global transshipment map. The Group also achieved milestones in the aviation sector with the inauguration of Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Guwahati Airport’s new terminal building.
In digital infrastructure, Adani Group is on track to build a 3 GW data center platform by 2030, exemplified by a gigawatt-scale data center MoU with Google in Visakhapatnam. Adani Cement contributed to national projects like the Chenab Railway Bridge and expanded its capacity to 110 MMTPA. The Group’s focus on defence and aerospace includes partnerships with Leonardo and Embraer to establish integrated manufacturing ecosystems in India.
