Aditi Ashok concluded the 2026 Amundi Evian Championship in a T-56 position after a final round score of 3-over 74 at the Evian Resort in France. Despite starting strong with scores of 70-70-69 in the initial days, Aditi faced challenges with early bogeys on the fifth and sixth holes, managing only two birdies throughout the round.
In a thrilling playoff, Haeran Ryu claimed victory at the championship by sinking a crucial birdie putt on the first playoff hole. This win marked Ryu’s second consecutive Major title after her recent triumph at the 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
Ryu, who led by three strokes at the beginning of the day, showcased exceptional skill by finishing at 19-under-par, securing the title in a playoff against Brooke Henderson. The victory was particularly special for Ryu, who had previously won the Amundi Evian Juniors Cup at the same venue in 2015.
Canada’s Brooke Henderson displayed remarkable performance, finishing at 19-under-par with consecutive rounds of 64 (-7) and showcasing exceptional play throughout the weekend. Despite a strong effort, Henderson narrowly missed out on the title in the playoff against Ryu.
Japan’s Aki Iwai secured a solo third-place finish with a final round score of 69 (-2), while Miyu Yamashita, Mao Saigo, and Jin Hee Im shared the fourth spot. The tournament also saw strong performances from players like Anna Nordqvist, Lydia Ko, Auston Kim, and others.
