Chairperson of the All India Anti-Terrorist Front (AIATF), Maninderjeet Singh Bitta, expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, for overseeing the construction of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya without any incidents of violence. Bitta, during his visit to Ayodhya to offer prayers at the Ram Temple and Hanuman Garhi temple, emphasized the significance of the peaceful completion of the temple project.
He acknowledged the efforts of PM Modi and CM Adityanath, highlighting that the construction of the Ram Temple and the revocation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir were achieved without unrest or violence, attributing this success to divine grace. Bitta urged all Indians and devotees of Lord Ram, regardless of their political affiliations, to prioritize their devotion to Lord Ram above political differences.
In addition, Bitta expressed disappointment with members of the Sikh community for their silence on attacks against Indian heritage in countries like Canada. He stressed his allegiance to India, stating, “My religion is Bharat Maa and my caste is Vande Mataram.” Bitta also raised concerns about past political parties allegedly supporting terrorists who targeted him, noting that the truth about such associations will be revealed in the age of social media.
